We believe everyone deserves a place to call home. Our Live and Earn program offers residents at The Village at Gracy Farms and Quest Apartments a new path to a great Pacesetter home.

You’ll qualify for credit dollars that can be used towards the purchase of a new Pacesetter Home in the Greater Austin area by simply paying your rent.

When you enroll, 20% of your base apartment rent will be converted into a non-monetary credit towards up to 3% of the purchase price of a new Pacesetter home – giving you more financial control over a significant life decision!

New residents can enroll in the Live and Earn program when they enter a 12-month lease at The Village at Gracy Farms or Quest Apartments. Already living there? Current residents can still enroll in the program and receive credit for the months they’ve lived there. Stop by and chat with the leasing agents to learn more.
